With over 30 years experience they are continuing to grow their business through client acquisitions and are now seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to join their Australian business to further drive sales throughout the region.
Reporting to the Australian Sales Manager your responsibility is to develop and grow their business through identifying new opportunities within Australia's leading engineering, manufacturing and supply chain organisations. You will facilitate and lead the creation and implementation of Sales and Marketing plans in order to contribute to the growth and development of the organisation. Focusing on building relationships you will utilise your extensive networks throughout the industry to further enhance market share.
Your experience within the wider IT software industry and exposure selling solutions to major oil, gas or petrochemical organisations is essential to the success of your new role along with having highly developed relationships within the manufacturing, engineering and supply chain sector. You will have highly developed commercial skills with strong integrity, while maintaining high standards of work and customer service. A proven sales negotiator, you will thrive in this role where you are able to generate new business opportunities and see them through to completion.
On offer to the successful candidate is a starting base salary circa $100K + Superannuation. Your dedicated sales approach will see you working towards set sales targets and in return you will be rewarded with a competitive bonus structure.
