Our client has had the opportunity arise to add a new member to their team, a locally owned and run Family Property Development Business.
The position is full time permanent, 5-6 days a week including weekends.
The position is for a Property Developers Salesperson whose main role will be to provide point of sales presence in display homes at designated times, including weekends.
The role will also entail:
Liaising with All Levels of Management
Liaising with Builders
Responding to Internal & External Enquiries
Assisting in the Administration Side of the Sales Process
Participation in Developing Sales Strategies
Requirements:
Applicants should have prior sales experience. Within the property industry is preferred.
Although previous experience is preferred those with the drive to excel are encouraged to apply.
Those with a basic understanding of real estate and new housing will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant will also have:
Good Computer Skills
Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
The Ability to Work Independently or As a Part of the Team
A Desire to Pursue Excellence within Their Own Work
Great Work Ethic
It would be desirable to have current registration as a property developer's sales person. But those who are willing to obtain registration are highly encouraged to apply.
