You will be responsible for overseeing the development from conception to completion of large scale, multi-storey, mixed use construction projects. Managing architecture firms, engineering consultancies, the lead construction contractor, as well as liaising with the relevent local and state government agencies will be key elements of this role. Collaborating with internal teams such as accounting and finance, sales & marketing, and senior management will also be important functions within the position. Furthermore you will create and maintain strong, positive, and collaborative relationships within the South Australian market to ensure this company's reputation for high level quality and delivery continues.

The suitable candidate will have at least 10 years experience working as a Project Manager within a construction, engineering or architecture firm, combined with additional proven experience in a development organisation.
