This is an ideal role for someone with 2 years + Payroll experience looking to build on their experience and add a recognised name to their CV. You will work with a high profile company in a professional team environment and the role has the prospect of transitioning into a 6 month fixed term contract position. Reporting to the Remuneration & Benefits Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly and weekly payroll. Duties: Processing of monthly and weekly payroll Processing of weekly PAYG payments Processing of monthly superannuation Processing of monthly reconciliations and journals Processing of payroll tax Managing and resolving payroll queries
Requirements: 2 years + in a similar Payroll Officer role Proficient use of a mainstream payroll package
Attributes: Excellent communication skills are required backed up by good interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with people at all levels.
