Your strong contracts and administrative experience is sought after to work within this global leader within the Entertainment industry.
You will be responsible for:
* the provision of contract administration and all general administration services
* preparing license agreements, renewals and amendments
* ensuring audits are completed within correct timeframes
* Investigating and answering questions on agreements and contracting issues
* Negotiating revisions
Your exceptional communication skills will assist you greatly in this role. Your initiative and problem solving ability will ensure you manage your workload efficiently. Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel will be looked upon favourably.
As an integral member of this team, you will posses:
* A working knowledge of contracts
* Effective communication skills
* An ability to work to time constraints
* An ability to organise and schedule work effectively
* Ideally a tertiary qualification or paralegal certificate
