We are a successful recruitment business that has a number of PSA's with major ASX Listed clients. We work as a team and enjoy great support from management. The excellent career development opportunities and training provided has seen many of our staff move into senior roles.

This role will see you generate appointments from both warm and cold leads, and continue to maintain and build on our relationships with existing clients. You will organise your working week spending time in the office and 'out on the road'. Your collaborative style will see you develop long term relationships with clients to help us provide them with solutions that may differ from the more traditional.

The successful candidate in our business has typically come from a background where closing sales face to face has been the norm either in products or services. We are looking for someone who loves sales and will listen to clients and then provide the right solution. You will also need to be self motivated and a person who gets on with the job.

As a recruitment business we deal primarily in FMCG so an understanding of this industry, whilst not essential, will be highly regarded. We like to find innovative solutions for our clients and your remuneration will be commensurate with your experience and performance.
