Are your an experienced Production Supervisor or Team leader looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available within Perth's inner suburbs for a Production Team Leader who will be responsible for ensuring the Production Staff meet daily schedules & ensure compliance with SOP's.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have prior Team leading/Supervision experience within a cGMP environment and you have an ability of embracing change and a culture of continuous improvement & LEAN manufacturing.

Reporting into the Production Manager you will ensure compliance to the SOP's and you will be responsible for managing a Team of Production Operators within a dynamic Pharma environment.

To be successful in this role you;

• have proven experience leading a small team within a cGMP Production environment
• Experience working within a LEAN Manufacturing environment
• Working within existing SOP's ind contributing to continuous improvements
• have excellent communication (written and verbal)
