An exciting opportunity has just become available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join this leading Public Hospital. Reporting into the Hospital's Pharmacy Services Manager, you will work a rotating roster supporting the Clinical Pharmacists and will take responsibility for; * Dispensing a variety of medications and prescriptions for inpatient, outpatient and day program patients * Supplying and supporting ward imprest drug supplies * Delivery/Courier services * Stock Control/Ordering * Submissions and PBS Claiming * Stock Management and drug recalls To be considered for this role you will have a proven background (minimum 2 years) working within a clinical Hospital pharmacy setting (essential) and excellent communication skills. A minimum certificate III in Pharmacy is essential though a Cert IV in Hospital/Health Services is highly desired.
