Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Australia, is seeking a Hepatitis B Networking Registered Nurse to improve the management of their Hepatitis B program within the GP practice environment. You would be working from home but travelling to the Western suburbs of Sydney on a needs basis.
You will work closely with the NSW Virology representatives and communicate with the top referring GPs, facilitating education, engaging and liaising with community groups as well as the sales team to improve the management of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Engage in proactive discussions with GPs in relation to Shared Care and Hepatitis B Management Identify and encourage different cultural groups to facilitate the dissemination of information tools for managing patients with Hepatitis B Liaise with Specialist representatives to recruit Key Opinion Leaders for GP education Engage GPs in NSW to facilitate the management of patients with Chronic HBV Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders to identify the management requirements of GPs Identify and encourage community groups to provide Hepatitis B information to its members Train the significant stakeholders in surgeries and clinics to ensure successful implementation of compliance tools Drive the GP network through direct communication with brand and sales team Maintain a good understanding of HBV management guidelines
To be eligible for this role you'll have:
At least 5 years experience as an RN Demonstrate an ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese or Mandarin Own transport Exceptional organisational skills Good computer skills A background in Hep B will be an advantage
