ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED WORKERS COMPENSATION CASE MANAGER?
QBE has been appointed to manage one of three Workers Compensation Portfolios for the NSW Governments Treasury Managed Fund and we are looking for Case Managers to join our successful Workers Compensation division.
A key reason for our success is our proven ability to complement and underpin the expertise of our professionals with QBE Connect, a fully integrated client-centric service delivery model which consistently delivers claims outcomes in a personalised, collaborative and coordinated way. This QBE Connect Case Management model involves face to face contact with all stakeholders, with a key focus on managing employer relationships.
We are seeking a number of additional experienced case managers to complement our current Workers Compensation teams. Successful candidates will ultimately manage a significant portfolio of complex claims within the discrete TMF business unit but will also have the opportunity to influence the development and integration of our claims model customised to the specific requirements of this self-managed fund.

* Significant experience in managing complex claims, in the areas of Injury Management, Redeployment and Litigated / Disputed Claims
* Client focus, with proven ability to build and manage effective and sustainable relationships
* Sound decision-making to drive quality outcomes in challenging and sensitive situations
* Adaptability, with proven ability to maintain quality standards in a changing environment
The successful candidate will also have a tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Injury Management, Business, Law, or Occupational Health & Safety, or an equivalent.
