This practice is different to most that you may have worked in, it is very team focused and where quality of service delivery is never compromised. In order for you to be successful in your application you need to have been working in the dental industry, you must have sound administration skills and the belief that the customer comes first!

• Intermediate to Advance computer skills
• Minimum SIX months experience in dental or medical reception
• Absolute 100% plus, plus customer service
• Ability to demonstrate empathy with patients
• Be a quick learner with the ability to absorb information
• A willingness to learn
• Team player
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured environment and follow processes
