This large banking corporation are looking for new members within their direct banking space to join their growing team. There are various part time temporary positions available for the right candidates, offering 20 hours a week from Monday to Friday rostered on 8am-7pm. * We are currently looking for candidates to fulfill Monday to Friday 3pm - 7pm. * Key Responsibilities: - actioning and completing core tasks in an accurate, responsive and timely manner
- provide friendly, effective customer service with inbound and outbound calls
- promote and cross-sell online banking investment products as well as assisting clients with rate enruiries, terms and conditions, product disclosure statements, and technical procedures
- managing custoemr expectations, complaints and objections
- achieving customer service standards and targets
Previous experience and attributes needed: - powerful communication skills
- genuine customer appreciation, self-sufficiency, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- working knowledge in either a contact centre or within customer service roles in a fast-paced, dynamic operations environment; ideally within banking and finance.
Candidates with a successful track record of working within and across sales and service teams are highly regarded.
