Siebel Technical Lead/Developer/Analyst Programmer
 
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Provide analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of Siebel CRM applications (eg Siebel, Analytics), interfaces and reports. Provide user/systems administration and support (including BAU calls, training and Release rollout). Manage Siebel development team including supervision of team deliverables (eg Managed Release, QA reviews etc). Ensure all Siebel applications are available to business, within SLA criteria. Act as escalation point for system/user issues.  Assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Siebel application solutions to ensure user requirements and business objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner. 
  
Experience:
6+ years work experience in developing Siebel CRM solutions (preferably version 7.8 and above)
Technical Team leading experience
Substantial experience in design and development of medium to complex solutions
Proven experience across full SDLC
Sales and Service business knowledge
Knowledge in Change Management/Process improvement (advantageous)
Experience/knowledge in Siebel Analytics/OBIEE is a plus Knowledge/Skills/Personal Traits:
Siebel 7.X certification (advantageous)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial acumen
Strong time management skills meets deadlines and set own priorities
Strong knowledge of Siebel application architecture, eScripting, Workflows & EAI (SOA knowledge is strong plus)
Perform hands on technical work
Client service focus, with ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent communication skills
